All orders are shipped F.O.B. our factory, Providence, Rhode Island, U.S.A.  Shipments may be subject to additional charges such as residential delivery, lift gate service, C.O.D. fees, oversize shipments, reconsignment, metro delivery and other fees.

Your shipping costs will vary based on the size and type of materials you are purchasing.  We assure you that we are constantly searching for both the most cost effective and efficient means of delivery for all domestic and international shipments.  Most of our orders below 250 pounds will be sent via United Parcel Service (U.P.S.), and the majority of orders larger than that will be sent via a truck line common carrier.

For International Airfreight and/or Ocean Freight shipments we can enlist the services of a Freight Forwarder to obtain the best rate for delivery to port or airport closest to your location.

We will do everything we can to minimize your freight bill but please be aware that shipping and freight charges are not included in any prices quoted to you.
