MATERIALS:  Most items can be run in cold rolled STEEL, BRASS, COPPER, and ALUMINUM. Items can also be run in other materials (Zinc, Pre-Finished Steel, etc.). Minimum quantities will apply when running "special" metals.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES:  Normal minimums in Steel and Brass are 100 Piece/Feet per item if in stock, 250 Pieces/Feet per item if not in stock. Normal Copper and Aluminum minimums are $500.00 per item ordered.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Most items in this catalog are in stock in steel and can be shipped next day! Lead-times for non stock items range from 1-3 weeks.

HEAVIER GAUGE ITEMS: Our items are normally stocked in 24/25 gauge (0.020") (.5mm) thickness. We can run many items in thicknesses of 21 gauge (0.032"), 18 gauge (0.050") and up to 16 gauge steel (.062") (1.5mm). 

DESIGN AND TOOLING: Our state-of-the-art toolroom and design departments create innovative stamping designs and manufacture complete tooling in-house. We can build tooling to your specifications (minimum order quantities will apply).

PRESS TIME AVAILABLE: We are happy to run your proprietary press tooling in our state-of-the-art press line with capacities up to 275 tons and store your tooling in our secure facility for future press runs. Please click here for more information on our press services.

• Chop material to specified lengths.
• Forms our coiled material into rings, cylinders, frames and other shapes.
• Punches holes and slots.
• Spot welds leaves and flowers to wire stems and spot welds other components into assemblies.
• Notches, bends, and daps any item.
• Assembles components, etc.

CREDIT POLICY:

• We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
• If credit card is not available, new customers are placed on a C.O.D. or pro-forma basis.
• International customers are asked for payment in advance upon receipt of a pro-forma invoice.  A deposit of 25% to 50% of order value may be required prior to order processing.  Please contact us for T/T Wire Transfer details.
• To establish open credit, please provide four credit references from suppliers that presently extend open credit to you, as well as one bank reference. Please also state the dollar amount of open credit you wish to have approved.
• Any account that has been inactive for one (1) year will be considered a new account, and as such, will be required to re-establish credit with the company.

PAYMENT TERMS: Thirty (30) days NET from date of invoice.  Prices are quoted Ex-Factory at Providence, Rhode Island, USA.

RETURNS: Please, no materials are to be RETURNED without prior faxed or written approval from the company.  If goods are received  damaged, be sure to notify the carrier at the time of receipt or as soon as goods have been opened. YOU must file the damage claim with the carrier.
