METALS:
Most items can be produced in cold rolled (unfinished/raw) STEEL, BRASS, COPPER and ALUMINUM.  Items can also be run in other metals (Stainless Steel-solid bandings only; Zinc; Pre-Finished Steel; Pre-Polished Brass; etc.).  Minimum quantities will apply when producing items in "special" metals.  We will gladly process your supplied metal coils - please call/email us for coil specifications and pricing.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES:
If an item is in stock - minimum quantity order is as follows:

• Steel or Brass - 100 Pieces OR 100 Feet per item.
• Aluminum or Copper - $100.00 minimum total order value (before shipping).

If an item is NOT in stock - minimum quantity order is as follows:

• Steel in 0.020" (0,5mm) thickness is 250 Pieces or 250 Feet per item; else a $300.00 charge per item to produce.
• Aluminum, Brass, or Copper in 0.020" (0,5mm) thickness - $500.00 charge per item to produce.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Most items are in stock in steel and can be shipped the next day!  Normal lead-times for non-stock items range from 1 to 3 weeks.

ORDERING SAMPLES:
Sample quantities (below minimum) can be ordered at sample pricing (only if item is currently in stock).  Minimum charges apply, please call or email us for details and availability.  All sample order purchases are final and cannot be returned.

THICKER METAL / HEAVIER GAUGE OPTIONS:
Our items are normally stocked in 24/25 gauge (0.020"/0,5mm) thickness.  Many (not all) items can be produced in thicknesses of 21 gauge (0.032"/0,8mmm); and a smaller number in 18 gauge (0.050"/1,3mm); and 16 gauge (0.062"/1,5mm).
